What we collect: Your email address, conversations, medical reports you upload, and profile information you provide (name, age, gender, conditions, medications, etc).
Why we collect it: To provide personalised health information across sessions, remember your conversations, and help you understand your medical reports. Your data is used only for these stated purposes. Legal basis: your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a); DPDPA Sec. 6).
Third-party processing: Your messages are processed by third-party AI services (to generate responses and help you understand reports). These providers process data under their API data processing agreements and do not use your data for model training.
Storage & security: All conversations and data are encrypted at rest with per-user encryption keys. Data is stored in secured cloud infrastructure.
Retention: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or deleting your account. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Your rights: You have the right to:
Access all personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated data
Data portability — receive your data in a common format
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity

Nurse Chapel is a health information companion, not a medical device or diagnostic tool. It does not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment plans. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Do not rely on Nurse Chapel in medical emergencies — call your local emergency number immediately.
Nurse Chapel is currently available in English only. Non-English messages and documents may be declined.
If we need to discontinue the service for any reason, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance and ensure your data is returned to you.
Plans: Free tier (50 messages/week, 5 reports/week, 2 profiles) and Plus tier (unlimited messages, 100 reports/week, 10 profiles). Payments are processed by Razorpay and charged in INR.
